Coco92 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing or using the Coco92 platform — whether through the website at coco92.app, the Android mobile app, the iOS Progressive Web App, or any other access method we make available — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Coco92.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any services on the Coco92 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To open an account on Coco92 you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We take this requirement seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds returned.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not currently hold an existing Coco92 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion currently active on the Coco92 platform.

Coco92 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Your Coco92 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You must keep your password and login details confidential. Choose a password that is unique to your Coco92 account and not used on other websites or services. We recommend using a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Coco92 support staff will never ask you for your password in any communication.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via the support contact details provided at the end of these terms. We will suspend the account while the matter is investigated.

Coco92 may conduct identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. You may be asked to submit identity documents such as a national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawals.

All deposits on Coco92 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is prohibited. If we detect third-party payment activity, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Check the cashier section within the platform for current minimums.
• There are no deposit fees charged by Coco92. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. In cases of delay due to payment provider processing times, allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• Coco92 does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued by third parties on your behalf.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Coco92 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where the method supports withdrawals. This is a security measure to reduce the risk of fraud.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day also apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers, which may take one to three business days.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Coco92 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts above a certain threshold. This is standard practice for fraud prevention and account security.

Coco92 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed with each promotional offer.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use of the platform. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, deliberately withdrawing before completing wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• Coco92 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Unused bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms.

The Coco92 sports betting section covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC events — as well as Football, Esports and other available sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, Coco92's decision is final.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change at any time during the event. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification. If confirmation is not received, the bet has not been placed.
• Coco92 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was affected by an obvious error in the odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or corruption.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• If an event is suspended, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the Coco92 settlement rules for that specific sport, which are available in the platform's betting rules section.

Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any system designed to place bets faster than a human is prohibited. Accounts found using such methods will be suspended.

Casino games on Coco92 — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and bingo — are games of chance and skill. The following applies to all casino gameplay:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. The outcomes of slot and table games are not influenced by previous results.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for slot games. These represent long-term averages across millions of spins and do not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session.
• Fish games involve active player input but still contain an RNG component determining catch probability. Skill in target selection and ammo management can influence session outcomes but does not eliminate the element of chance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — such as a disconnection, software error or game freeze — any incomplete round or bet may be voided. Coco92 is not liable for losses resulting from a technical fault beyond our reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Coco92 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tools designed to interact with the platform programmatically
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs or technical faults in the platform software for financial gain
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method without their authorisation
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner not consistent with genuine recreational play
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or interfere with the platform's security systems

Coco92 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe
• At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining real money balance may be returned subject to verification checks confirming the funds were deposited legitimately. Bonus funds are not returned in cases of breach.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.

Coco92 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We provide the following tools to help players manage their use of the platform:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of active play time has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and applies across all access methods — website, app and any future access points.

• Service interruptions, technical errors or downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures or payment provider issues
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure
• Indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind

Coco92 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and operating correctly at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Coco92 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

We collect information necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Coco92 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address associated with your account.
